Brader sekalian, OTOMOTIF Award 2011 lalu telah menobatkan Yamaha Byson sebagai Bike Of The Year. Tapi yang namanya produk buatan manusia, ya pasti ada aja kendalanya atau kekurangannya. Tapi jangan salah mas bro, hal ini tidak menjadikan nilai minus kok, karena masih dapat diatasi. PT.Yamaha Motor Kencana Indonesia (YMKI) sebagai yang membawahi produk ini juga sudah menerima beberapa keluhan yang langsung ditindaklanjuti dengan baik. Yaitu dengan menyarankan konsumen yang mengalami kendala untuk membawa langsung ke bengkel resmi, jaringan DDS atau dengan menelpon melalui call center Yamaha. Malah lebih mudah jika motornya dibawa ke bengkel yang punya ACS (Authorized Claim Shop). Ini eberapa problem & solusinnya mas bro:
Sok belakang keras, yang biasanya berasal dari sokbreker belakang yang terasa keras,terutama saat rebound. Waktu kena lubang masih terasa ngayun, tapi ketika mantul lagi terasa keras. Nah, tinggal telpon aja call center Yamaha, dibuatkan janji servis dan langsung dapat penggantian sokbreker baru.
Indikator BBM tidak sesuai, yaitu pada saat diisi full tank tapi indikator hanya menunjukkan beberapa bar. Bawa saja langsung ke bengkel resmi dan spidometer akan diganti dengan yang baru, tanpa mengeluarkan biaya sepeserpun.
Per stut kopling patah, yang terkadang baru hitungan bulan. Tapi karena masih dalam masa garansi ya ga perlu memikirkan harga gantinya, karena sudah pasti diganti tanpa biaya. Kalaupun beli, harga part ini hanya Rp. 8 ribu kok mas bro.
Oli mesin merembes, biasanya terjadi dari dua sisi. Ada yang merembes dari sekitar blok mesin dan langsung diservis. Tapi jika masih juga,ya ditambah lem dan kena biaya tambahanRp. 20 ribu. Juga ada yang merembes dari tutup pengisian oli yang kemudian diganti seal O-ring di tutupnya dengan biaya Rp.10 ribu ajah mas bro.
Nah, bagi brader sekalian yang memiliki dan mengalami hal serupa di atas, monggo mas bro.. moga bisa cepat teratasi. Dan yang belum mengalami moga saja tidak pernah mengalaminya..

saya kemaren juga ada masalah dengan sport 150 cc 4 tak, solusinya ta jual terus genti bpkb jadi sport 150 cc 2 tak..
