AHM Adakan Kontes Keterampilan Antar SMK Sebagai Ajang Kompetensi Teknik Sepeda Motor
By Bonsaibiker.com – Mas bro sekalian, AHM telah mencari siswa terbaik SMK yang punya kompetensi teknik sepeda motor ni gan. Dengan tema The 9th Astra Honda Skill Contest (AHSC) for Vocational School 2018. Sejumlah 29.735 siswa dari 638 SMK binaan AHM kompetisi uji kompetensi ini gan. Memang sekolah mereka telah mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Teknik dan Bisnis Sepeda Motor (TBSM) gan. Prosenya mulai dari tingkat sekolah sampai jenjang regional hingga akhirnya berkompetisi di tingkat nasional yang digelar oleh AHM ini
Yup gan, setelah diadakan seleksi ketat, terdapat 40 siswa SMK terbaik dari seluruh Indonesia yang lolos ikut kompetensi AHSC tingkat nasional pada 16-17 Oktober di SMK Mitra Industri MM2100, Cikarang, Bekasi, Jawa Barat gan. Ajang The 9th AHSC for Vocational School 2018 ini memang husus dibuat dalam rangka peningkatan mutu pendidikan vokasi industri di Indonesia gan. Juga tentu saja untuk menciptakan insan yang terampil sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi sepeda motor Honda.
Markus Budiman Direktur HR, GA, IT AHM mengungkapkan bahwa pemerintah memberikan perhatian yang besar terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan vokasi industri. Perusahaan sudah saatnya mengimplementasikan kurikulum TBSM Astra Honda dengan menguji kompetensi para siswa agar kualitas lulusannya mampu berkompetisi di dunia industri otomotif.
Ahmad Muhibbuddin General Manager Corporate Communication AHM juga menanggapi bahwa para peserta kontes harus bisa menjawab materi uji yang sudah disesuaikan dengan perkembangan teknologi terkini Honda. Tahapan ini dilakukan melalui tes teori, praktik meja, sampai dengan pemecahan masalah pada sepeda motor.
Nah gan, perusahaan ternayata menyediakan macam-macam hadiah untuk para siswa pemenang kontes keterampilan teknik SMK tingkat nasional. Untuk pemenang pertama dapat beasiswa Rp 8 juta, pemenang kedua beasiswa Rp 5 juta, dan pemenang ketiga Rp 3 juta gan.
Meneruskan Kuliah Sampai Berwirausaha
Akhirnya terpilih juga tiga siswa terbaik dari para juara regional, dan tiga pemenang harapan setelah jalani proses penjurian yang sangat ketat dan terukur. Juara 1 Syahroni dari SMK Negeri 1 Bendo, Magetan, Jawa Timur. Terbaik kedua, Mochamad Hadi Fachmi asal SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Genteng, Banyuwangi, Jawa Timur. Dan juara ketiga diraih Dimas Wahyu Al Amin dari SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Imogiri, Kabupaten Bantul, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.
Syahroni mengungkapkan dirinya dibantu para instruktur dari main dealer PT Mitra Pinasthika Mulia (MPM) sudah menyiapkan semua hal saat pelatihan di Surabaya bersama beberapa teman lain. Tak hanya mendalami teori, praktik meja, pemecahan masalah, tetap mental, kondisi fisik, dan psikologis menjadi perhatian utama.
Mochamad Hadi Fachmi juga mengatakan bahwa ia tidak ada rasa grogi sama sekali. Ternyata ini berkat bimbingan keras dari para instruktur MPM saat pelatihan.
Dan Dimas Wahyu, punya keinginan yang berbeda. Dia salah satu contoh siswa berprestasi bakal lulusan SMK binaan AHM yang ingin berwirausaha. Dimas adalah siswa mandiri perwakilan Astra Motor Yogyakarta. Kemandirian itu yang membuat mentalnya semakin kuat untuk bediri di atas keringat sendiri.
