Komandan Heri Oktavian ternyata pada 15 November 2019 pernah mengunggah sebuah video tentang cara mengevakuasi personel awak kapal ketika kapal selam tenggelam.

Dalam video berdurasi 28 detik itu terlihat bagaimana cara mengevakuasi kru kapal agar dapat keluar dari kabin ketika kapal tenggelam. Video ini merupakan simulasi kondisi kapal selam yang seandainya sudah tak dapata dikendalikan dan harus segera keluar dari kabin kapal untuk menyelamatkan diri. Kini KRI Nanggala-402 telah tenggelam di kedalaman 843m yang membuat 53 awak kapal di dalamnya gugur. Kapal selam seri Cakra buatan Jerman tersebut alami keretakan dan membuat terpotong menjadi 3 bagian. Hingga saat ini evakuasi bangkai kapal selam itupun masih dilakukan.
